JRHE charges a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150,000 per accepted article to cover editorial and publishing services. There are no submission, page, or color fees, and the APC is payable only upon acceptance. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit. All articles are published Open Access (CC BY 4.0). The same APC applies to Special Issues.
